Objective
ANDRITZ set out to clarify and unify its global employer brand and define a clear, distinctive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that works across international markets.
The goal was to build on a strong internal foundation and develop a clear, distinctive EVP that resonates with multiple target audiences – from students to experienced professionals and senior leaders.
At the core of the project was refining the employer value proposition and translating it into a compelling concept, narrative, and visual direction. In addition, the aim was to define the visual identity, key messages, and produce concrete materials to support recruitment and employer branding efforts globally.


Solution and execution
Kuubi collaborated with ANDRITZ on the development of a global EVP concept, combining ANDRITZ’s strong internal strategy, research, and insights with creative concept development and visual execution. The EVP “Together we create what’s next” forms the foundation of the work.
At the heart of the concept are the employees – experts who, through their skills and collaboration, contribute to building a more sustainable future and developing innovative solutions across industries.
We created a unified visual world where the distinctive ANDRITZ “A” element acts as a strong and recognizable anchor. At the same time, we developed tailored messaging for different target groups, ensuring relevance across roles, expertise levels, and career stages.
The concept is supported by clear and inspiring key messages that make the impact and meaning of the work tangible. Visually, the focus is on real people and authentic work environments, strengthening credibility across global contexts.
As part of the execution, we designed and produced a comprehensive set of materials for global use, including an employer branding video, recruitment ads, campaign visuals, and social media content.

Result
The result is a coherent and adaptable employer brand that supports recruitment, strengthens ANDRITZ’s employer image and works consistently across markets and audiences.
